.:Tupos is a greek word that roughly translates, "to set an example." It is holds the connotation of a metal tool used to make imprints in other materials. It is our prayer that the One who has made His imprint on us in such a real and tangible way will, through us, make imprints on those around us with love and grace and power of Jesus Christ. .:Tupos is a favorite part of the week for many students at WTAMU. These gatherings are where we enteract in a large group setting. The times of praise and worship are moments when we welcome the pressence of God to come and move us in a powerful way. We then spend time in some in-depth teaching from the Word of God.

.:Our meetings are filled practical teachings to live by, and yet we hold a deep sentiment to the power of the supernatural. After the teaching, we usually gather around the altar for more worship and reflection to encourage us for the week ahead. We use this time to pray together and talk about how everything is going in our lives. After Tupos a large group usually gathers at a local resturant to spend some time hanging out together. ![]() |

"Tupos is a place where I feel that I can be real and get lost in the presence of an overwhelming and faithful God. The atmosphere is open and everyone is very friendly. That makes it easier for me to enter into the presence of God." --Graduate Lauren Hudgens "Tupos is a great way to experience the word of God from a perspective you might not get in a typical church setting. I go because it allows me to connect with other people in a positive way who all have a desire to become closer to Christ. Its fun, active, and we sing a lot and I mean A LOT!!!" --Mike Zoch, lineman on the WT Football team
