We believe life transformation happens best when we have transparent and encouraging relationships with one another. That is what we call GROW, or “mentoring”. Mentoring looks like meeting with a member of our staff, alumni, or a student leader so they can intentionally invest in you. Each week, your time together will help you grow in your relationship with God and learn more about who you are made to be.
GROW is a prerequisite to be on our LEAD Team because we believe that every leader should be consistently growing. Through LEAD, you will have the opportunity to serve the campus by having a leadership role at the Wesley. Whether you are interested in playing an instrument on the worship team, leading a Fusion Bible Study, putting on large-scale events, or helping people get plugged in through our guest care team, there is a place for everyone to serve.
